A wonderful collection of life like soft toy birds from the RSPB by Wild Republic. All of the Birds have an authentic call if pressed.
Did you know?
The technology in the RSBP soft toys is being used to find one of the world's rarest birds, the Jordens courser, which lives in a small area of India called Andrha Pardesh and thought to have been extinct for 80 years.
The first ever recording of the bird was made by an RSPB scientist in 2001 and then transferred to the same kind of micro-chip used in the RSBP soft toys. The chip was then issued to forest rangers with a photo and phone numbers of people to call if heard or sighted, in the hope of locating more of this rare species.
