I have seen a product in one of your stores but not on your web site. What is the situation with this product?
The product may be temporarily out of stock or not currently listed for some other reason. We may be awaiting the arrival of the product from our suppliers. You can use the "search" function, which is optional on every page of the site, which will search, as any other search engine does, for the specific product you require. Postage Estimated Time of Arrival - ETA?
When you have been informed that the goods have been dispatched, they will arrive at the delivery address on the following day between 9am - 6pm. You can track the goods online by using the tracking number.
What cards are accepted in terms of payment?
We accept Switch, Delta, Visa, Solo, Mastercard, Electron and American Express. We are, however, currently unable to process Diners Club.
What should I do if I think there is a problem with my order?
This could be due to either technical or human error and in such a rare and unlikely event please ring Customer Services on 01332 344 261.
What do I do if I need to send an incorrect or faulty item back to Bennetts, or the wrong item has arrived with me?
Please Email us or ring Customer Services on 01332 344 261 and Bennetts will arrange for the goods to be collected. Please also refer to our Terms and Conditions.
How safe am I to order online with my credit card?
Very safe! Bennetts is committed to providing you with a secure online shopping experience. We are always striving to keep up to date with the latest technology and security protocols. You will see a padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser window when the browser is in secure mode. This will happen when you reach the checkout as your details are taken at this point.

Can I specify a time of delivery as to when I will be at home?
Due to our courier service we can only say that your goods will be delivered between the hours of 9am to 6pm. However, if a parcel is delivered to your home while you're not there the courier will leave a card with contact details. The Courier will then send the parcel out from the depot on a day requested by yourself to ensure that you are at home and able to sign for the goods.
