| Deluxe Wood Chess Board | This beautiful handcrafted SAC wooden chess board is made from a combination of Wenge, or Wengue, wood and maple.
The exotic dark Wenge or Wengue wood comes from a tree native to Africa and in its natural form is straight grained and very coarse textured. Ideal for turning, Wenge is particularly suited for making veneers and panels for furniture but in this case skilled craftsmen have combined this exotic wood with maple to create this fantastic chess board. Available in 45cm, 50cm and 55cm sizes.
