| Cast Fry Pan 28cm | Available with a choice of fixed or detachable handle this Gastrolux non-stick frying pan is ideal for cooking anything from steak and eggs to stir-fries and will see you through many years of healthy cooking.
The Gastrolux Biotan® ceramic non-stick surface is highly oil resistant and and repellent and will therefore allow you to cook with the minimum of oil.
Both the fixed and detachable designer handles on this Gastrolux Pan are ergonomic. The fixed handle is also oven safe upto 240ºC (465ºF)*.
*Detachable Handles - Please note that the detachable handles are not ovenproof and must therefore be removed before placing the Gastrolux pan in the oven.
