| Global Knife Sharpening Steel Diamond Rod | If you’ve Global knives already in your kitchen then you probably already know about the Global G45 Sharpening Steel Diamond Rod.
As you know, the best way to sharpen a knife is by periodically using either a water stone or ceramic stone. However, when sharpening Global knives it is also recommended that you use their Global Knife Sharpening Ceramic Rod or Diamond Rod in-between stone sharpening in order to keep the edges of your knives aligned and razor sharp.
The Global G38 Sharpening Steel Diamond Rod is more robust than the ceramic and will stand any amount of knocks and scrapes. It will also bring back an edge quicker than the Ceramic Knife Sharpener.
