Cook at Bennetts Coffee Shop

Bennetts is looking for an Assistant Cook to work with the Coffee Shop Manager to evolve catering standards and presentation as part of a re-structure of the Bennetts Coffee Shop. This role presents some great opportunities to use innovative ideas to add a contemporary touch to traditional service, and also to take part in cookery demonstrations.

Duties Include

Cooking in our Derby Store in the Coffee Shop Kitchen.

Baking and cooking in our Demonstration Kitchen.

Front of house – waiting on tables.

The Candidate

Passionate about food and food quality

Should relish the environment of a busy service.

Skills in baking breads, and cakes.

Skills in producing quality homemade meals and soups.

Attention to detail in presentation.

Meticulously clean and tidy

Good sales and table service skills
