What is interesting about this Old Imari piece is the oriental shape. The vast majority of designs are traditional English Bone China shapes.
The deep colours of mazarine blue, iron red are given extra depth by the 22 carat solid gold band, making Old Imari one of the best known designs of English Fine Bone China.
